There are many highly developed personality tools out there. I have shared a number of them like the 5 Love Languages, Myers-Briggs Inventory, etc. Today, I present another one.
For me, the key is not which one is the perfect truth, but it's more in the fact that any two people can be extremely different in any number of ways, and it's still OK. We were created like that and no one is defective. Let's learn to appreciate the differences and accept each other.
From this perspective our relationships are more fascinating. Such a paradigm actually predicts there will be conflicts and suggests how we might better harmonize.
