Whether you women like it or not, men don't like to do things they are asked to do - especially if you ask with any hint of a threat or an insult. They want to do what they want to do.
 
You need to ask the right way. You need to be nice. Men do not respond to threats and insults, they respond to rewards and praise.
 
Unaware of this, women frequently try the use of insult to motivate their husbands to do things.
 
"What's the matter with you? Can't you do anything around here? Can't you pick up the laundry? What kind of loser are you anyway!?"
 
It might work on a woman, but this strategy does not work on a man. The more you insult a man, the more resistant he will be to you.

 

Insulting him might make you feel better, but I promise you, you are setting yourself up to receive nothing.
 
If you want to get him to do stuff for you, you are going to have to put insults aside.
